This was my first time using them, I just purchased the '10 Wrangler from them in September; they even washed it for me! They were very helpful in giving me a ride home. Mike Corbin, my service advisor, was excellent. I look forward to working with them from now on.

I took in my vehicle to have the airbag light fixed and the found somthing eles and fixed it too. I have been going to Progressive for 6 years every since I have had the vehicle and I will continue to go there. I like that they wash the vehicle. I dropped the car off and got shuttled home. I've been using Progressive, off and on, for the past 12-15 years. I think that Mike handled things real well, on my last visit. When I compare them to other places, I think that they are very good...above others, in fact. I think that's because they really seem to care for their customers, and are just not out to make a fast buck. On this visit, for example, I only paid around $200, and I thought that the repairs would be a LOT more.
