I was very satisfied with the service on this visit. They did the routine maintenance for my '04 Dodge Dakota, just the normal stuff. I've been using them for about 8 years, and I like Tom a lot when I go in. I've had lots of advisors over the years, they've always done a great job.

I took my vehicle in to have oil change, lube,tire rotation,and alignment. I waited in the lounge, where they had coffie and TV. They said it would take a little bit to get it done but it was done faster than what they said. I have been using Progressive for 15 months and I will continue to use them for my service needs. When I compare them to other places, I think that they are very good...above others, in fact. I think that's because they really seem to care for their customers, and are just not out to make a fast buck. On this visit, for example, I only paid around $200, and I thought that the repairs would be a LOT more.
